Melissa was very helpful in guiding me through my first home-buying process. She did a lot of research on the properties I was interested in, steering me away from a couple that had some negative traits that weren't apparent at first glance. For example, some of the properties in the area I was looking had some cracked foundations; I hadn't heard about it, but she brought it up when I mentioned wanting to look at a property in that particular area. When we went to look at the property, we found that the foundation/basement wall did have a crack that looked like it was spreading. She was also very flexible with her time and accommodating with my crazy schedule. Overall a great experience!
