My experience with Mel was nothing less than amazing. She always had our best interest in mind. I really felt like I was working with family. Mel and her team never cut corners or made us feel like an inconvenience. They took the time to listen to what we wanted in our forever home and did the research to achieve that goal for us. She never made decisions for you but she did bring up clarifying questions through out the process of buying a home that really made sure you are making the right choice for such a big commitment. For example, my husband and I were considering a home and she had us look at the ceilings for water damage, checked the basement for any concerning areas or markings, we checked the exterior, roof ect. She made sure the home would fit our lifestyle and it was something we were willing to invest in. My husband is 6'4 and she asked him to stand in the shower to make sure he fit comfortable ( lol he didn't) , but it was the little details like this that makes her different from the others who are just concerned about fast money and an easy sale.
