The best realtor I have ever worked with!
Meghan was wonderful! Not only is she a great realtor, knowing all the steps needed in order to purchase a condominium and a deeded Marina boat lift, she was the most personable, most patient person ever. Even when snags came up in the process, she easily and quickly contacted the correct person or agency and found the needed information so that our purchase ran smoothly. She answered any text or phone call immediately and even went so far as to personally handle many items for us as we were not local. Nothing was overlooked and she negotiated the purchase professionally. She was very organized and I do not think we could have done this without her! We feel we have found a great friend and plan to keep in touch with Meghan!
