Megan was a pleasure to meet from day one. We moved to Florida from New York and prior to arriving in Florida Megan was already looking for properties for us to look at when we arrived. It was overwhelming living apart from my wife for a few months but Megan did an outstanding job keeping us both informed. Megan was great at taking the features we were looking for applying it to houses on the market. In the end Megan found us an amazing house with every feature we can possibly think of. We were working with another buyer’s agent when we met Megan at an open house she was hosting. Our existing agent was taking several days to get us in to see houses we were interested in, which just wasn’t going to work in the current market (and was the reason we were attending open houses) so when we hit it off with Megan, we decided to work with her instead. Megan aggressively got us in to see houses and even toured some in our place to ensure we could make quick offers. Within two weeks, we were under contract on a move-in-ready, new-construction home for asking price. She had a good relationship with the builder and helped ensure a smooth and uneventful escrow period. We closed on schedule and love our new home.
