We were working with another buyer’s agent when we met Megan at an open house she was hosting. Our existing agent was taking several days to get us in to see houses we were interested in, which just wasn’t going to work in the current market (and was the reason we were attending open houses) so when we hit it off with Megan, we decided to work with her instead. Megan aggressively got us in to see houses and even toured some in our place to ensure we could make quick offers. Within two weeks, we were under contract on a move-in-ready, new-construction home for asking price. She had a good relationship with the builder and helped ensure a smooth and uneventful escrow period. We closed on schedule and love our new home. We love the house, we moved here from out of State.
