I could not say enough amazing things about Megan. She was an angel through an extremely stressful buying process. We started looking early 2020, before the pandemic struck, and what it did to the NH market really threw us for a loop. My husband was furloughed for three months, and then my parents got involved to try and help us, and subsequently our budget/must haves went in crazy directions depending on the area we were looking in. It was a far from optimal situation and we were definitely tricky clients! Through it all, Megan was kind, understanding, extraordinarily responsive, and beyond professional through multiple offers and losses. Always looking out for us and making sure that the circumstances of the pandemic wouldn't have long term effects on what is obviously one of the biggest investments of your life. I trust her entirely and wholeheartedly. Meg was absolutely amazing to work with throughout our house hunting and purchasing process. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the market and knew exactly what each step of the process included. She worked tirelessly to make certain that both closings went off without issue (in fact, we closed on our old home in the morning, and our new home in the afternoon on the same day). Megan went well above and beyond with our family to help us find our dream home and to sell our old home. On closing day, we actually ran out of space in our vehicles for our belongings and she brought her pickup truck and helped us move the last few items! She always go above and beyond for her clients, and over this 4 year journey was patient with us until we were truly ready to move and find our dream home! Finally, Megan leveraged electronic document management service to help us complete all of our transactions. In today's busy world, it was a lifesaver to not have to worry about getting physical papers back to Megan, and to be able to submit approvals or inquiries via our phones or computers. If you are on the fence about choosing an agent, I cannot recommend Megan highly enough. She is in it for the long haul and goes the extra mile to ensure that her clients are happy. In the case of our home sale, she went above and beyond with working with the buyers and their agent to ensure that everything was as stress-free as possible!
