I can't say enough about Megan and Katie (Fass Results Group) who helped me sell a property that I thought was unsellable and had almost given up on. This property which I was no longer living in and had been vacant for 2 years was distressed and in need of a lot of work. Megan and Katie pointed me in the right direction and suggested the improvements which would give me more bang for my buck. They also gave me contacts for the improvements that needed to be made who did an outstanding job and were reasonably priced. I seriously do not think this property would have sold, or sold in such a short time if it hadn't been for their advice on listing price, improvements that had to be made and even helping me slightly stage it with some of my stuff and some of their stuff. When closing happens in less than 24 hours I will literally feel like there is not only a monkey off my back but a 1,200 lb gorilla. Megan blew us away with her talents and passion as our realtor. We spent most of our time communicating long distance (GA to VA) and were never left to feel brushed to the side. Megan helped us to buy our first home and did awesome job. She was great throughout the entire process!
