Megan and Katie are fabulous! We were first time home buyers and they made the whole endeavor much less daunting. The whole team was very invested in finding us the right house at the right price, and making sure we knew everything we needed to know about the property and the home buying process. One of the best things about their team is how quickly they responded to us. Whenever we saw a house we liked we were able to set up an appointment to see it within one or two days. When we decided to put in an offer, they started the paperwork on the spot, and by the following day we were under contract. We were able to get under contract before the open house started, which meant no bidding war on the house we wanted! No question is too small or stupid; they definitely value educating their clients. Katie and Megan also helped us immensely with contacting inspectors, contractors, etc. The team is great. Hopefully we won't be moving anytime soon, but if we do we will definitely be working with them again.

Megan, recently sold our house for us. In our first meeting, Megan provided us with a detailed analysis of our property that included comparable properties and a strategy for selling our house. Once we agreed to allow her represent us, she immediately went into action and arranged professional photographs, expert staging of the house, and even set us up with her handy-man to fix minor things with the house that could affect the sale. Throughout the entire process, she answered all of our many questions and advised us while allowing us to make informed decisions regarding our property. Once the time arrived to list the house, she worked closely with all the agents and conducted an open house that same weekend. Once the offers started coming in, she remained engaged with all the other agents well into late Sunday night until we settled on an offer. Again, she gave us the necessary advice to make the best decision for our family. In the end, we accepted an offer $50k over our asking price even though it wasn't the highest offer. I'm convinced we were so successful due to Megan's meticulous preparation leading up to the listing and her willingness to go the extra mile to sell our house quickly for the maximum amount possible. I have to admit that I'm a cynic when it comes to agents of any kind and have been underwhelmed with many real estate agents in my lifetime. I can't say enough about Megan and Katie (Fass Results Group) who helped me sell a property that I thought was unsellable and had almost given up on. This property which I was no longer living in and had been vacant for 2 years was distressed and in need of a lot of work. Megan and Katie pointed me in the right direction and suggested the improvements which would give me more bang for my buck. They also gave me contacts for the improvements that needed to be made who did an outstanding job and were reasonably priced.
