Megan and Katie are fabulous! We were first time home buyers and they made the whole endeavor much less daunting. One of the best things about their team is how quickly they responded to us. Whenever we saw a house we liked we were able to set up an appointment to see it within one or two days. We were able to get under contract before the open house started, which meant no bidding war on the house we wanted! No question is too small or stupid; they definitely value educating their clients. Megan Fass is a nothing short of a phenomenal agent- I truly believe she is the key reason we were able to beat out 7 other offers to win our family’s dream home in McLean!! Megan, recently sold our house for us. In our first meeting, Megan provided us with a detailed analysis of our property that included comparable properties and a strategy for selling our house. Once we agreed to allow her represent us, she immediately went into action and arranged professional photographs, expert staging of the house, and even set us up with her handy-man to fix minor things with the house that could affect the sale. Throughout the entire process, she answered all of our many questions and advised us while allowing us to make informed decisions regarding our property. Once the time arrived to list the house, she worked closely with all the agents and conducted an open house that same weekend. Once the offers started coming in, she remained engaged with all the other agents well into late Sunday night until we settled on an offer. Again, she gave us the necessary advice to make the best decision for our family. In the end, we accepted an offer $50k over our asking price even though it wasn't the highest offer.
