I had an absolutely fantastic experience with FASS Results Group as a first time buyer working with Katie Ritter in the Fairfax, VA area. Megan and Katie are fabulous! We were first time home buyers and they made the whole endeavor much less daunting. One of the best things about their team is how quickly they responded to us. Whenever we saw a house we liked we were able to set up an appointment to see it within one or two days. When we decided to put in an offer, they started the paperwork on the spot, and by the following day we were under contract. We were able to get under contract before the open house started, which meant no bidding war on the house we wanted! No question is too small or stupid; they definitely value educating their clients. Katie and Megan also helped us immensely with contacting inspectors, contractors, etc. The team is great. Hopefully we won't be moving anytime soon, but if we do we will definitely be working with them again.

Megan Fass was referred to us by a good friend who we greatly trust. We are moving back to the DC area and decided to buy in Mclean.
