Until I worked with Megan I always had a low opinion of most real estate agents. Megan is a rare gem in her profession. While some agents I considered gave low market appraisals for the house– an old trick that gives them an easy sale without having to work- Megan gave me the highest appraisal out of 6 agents AND THEN BROUGHT IN $11,000 more! She did it by consulting and advising us well, staging it beautifully, working like crazy to market it and negotiating well. She made the process super easy for us. Megan is the real deal. I enthusiastically give her the strongest possible recommendation.
