Megan Aeling

Megan was an awesome realtor from day one. My boyfriend and I were first time homebuyers and, therefore, were coming in pretty blind as far as what to expect from the home buying process. Megan took the time to explain the process and what to expect in detail and made sure we understood every aspect of the transaction. She made herself readily available for showings and was always there with a great attitude to answer any questions we had. From beginning to end, she made buying our first home such a fun and seamless process and we are so grateful for all of her hard work!

we found megan online and couldn't have had a better experience. it was especially challenging due to the fact that we were still living in CA when we bought in MN and the market was so hot. however, megan was on it and after we got into contract on our home, it was smooth sailing! she's been very helpful with contacts and anything we have needed! working with her and fox homes was great. would highly recommend her!

Megan was everything we could have asked for in a real estate agent. We were a more "challenging" case, as we were relocating to Minnesota from Europe, but it didn't seem to phase her. In the beginning, she would go look at houses for us and FaceTime us in, so that we could see the property without being there in person. She was very responsive (even despite the time difference) and set up showings right away for any houses we wanted to see. She was also quick to get us answers to any questions we had. Once we arrived in MN, we had a great time looking at houses with her. She is very friendly and outgoing, and gave us her honest opinions - it was like we were touring houses with a friend who really wanted us to find the right one, not someone who was just trying to "close a deal." We ended up finding our perfect house after 2 (full) days of searching, and I believe we got a very fair deal on it. We would highly recommend Megan for anyone who is looking to purchase a new home - we will certainly be using her in the future.
