My wife and I were lucky enough to meet Meg while we were touring open houses and knew we wanted to work with her when we became serious about buying in the Reston VA area. As a long-term resident of Reston herself, she was extremely knowledgable about the area and seemed to know everyone in the business, from listing agents to local HOA staff. I don't know how she does it, but Meg truly made us feel like we were her only clients. She could not have been more attentive to our needs, responsive, and strategic in making our offers competitive in a tough market. On top of all this her awesome personality made the stressful process of buying a home fun. We had many private showings and a huge turnout for the open house. We received multiple offers way over listing price and her knowledge and expertise was invaluable in helping us chose the right offer. Her experience with our HOA was a huge bonus and she helped us navigate some stressful situations. Meg is knowledgeable, professional, responsive, very friendly, and easy to work with.
