We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. We toured more than 20 homes and changed direction several times, but he never made us feel rushed or pressured. When issues arose with the sellers during closing, he advocated for us and made sure our interests were protected. He also did an excellent job selling our previous home. He made the listing and showing process as smooth as possible with minimal disruption to our daily lives—and got our house sold within the first week it was on the market! It was truly a pleasure working with him. We would absolutely choose him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Having worked with sales teams throughout my career, I’ve learned to recognize many of the typical sales tactics and “tricks of the trade.” Ryan was the complete opposite. He never felt like a salesman, nothing was forced, and I never felt pressured into making a decision. Ryan stuck with me for nearly a year during my home search, regularly sending properties he genuinely believed fit what I was looking for. He was patient, transparent, honest, and focused on helping me find the right home rather than closing a deal. More than anything, I felt that Ryan genuinely cares about the people he works with, and that came through throughout the entire process.
