We worked with Maya to purchase our first home in the Cary area. Maya was always super responsive by phone, text, or email (we seriously wondered when she sleeps since we got responses at all times of the day). When we wanted to see a listing, she always got it on the books as soon as possible and at a time that worked well with our busy schedules. While viewing the homes she always pointed out little details (good and bad) that we would not have noticed on our own. We interviewed a handful of agents before selecting one, she was the only one that had any ideas as to how buying in NC would differ from our previous experiences in the midwest--this helped to level set our expectations. She was also the only one that provided a suggested timeline or plan for our visit to the area. With moving as stressful as it is already, its great to have someone who can help you plan based on her many experiences--she does this every day, while we purchase homes only a few times in our lives. That said, she was still flexible to modify anything she suggested. She communicated well, informing us in advance when she would not be available and had others lined up to help us if she couldn't. When curveballs were sent her way, she handled them with ease.
