We had made plans for me to visit homes on an intended trip to Raleigh for work. This trip was pulled due to the rising COVID situation at the time, but we decided to reach out to get some realtor contacts who might be able to help us show remotely. A few contacted us back, but none were as responsive and immediately helpful as Maya was, so we had a feeling we were already in good hands. We provided a list and we did a video tour of each property. Maya did a stunning job in highlighting the items we were keen on, as well as giving us insight on the neighborhood/area for each listing. She was also thorough in helping us get a 'feel' for the house, which can be tough to do over video. Her reaction when she went to the home we ultimately purchased was a great indicator by itself that it would be the winner. Throughout the extended and remote (we were living in CA at the time) purchase process she was in touch and thorough. A home buying experience can certainly be a trying/stressful time, and even more so across country in the midst of a pandemic. Maya did everything she could and more to help reduce that stress and get us into our new home, and we couldn't be more grateful!
I recently closed on my second home with Maya as my agent and the second time was as good if not better than the first time. Maya is super knowledgable and helpful with all things real estate related! She's very experienced and knowledgeable and was always vocal about what she saw in a house, making sure we were as informed as possible in every decision.
