Short version: The Sharman Team sold our mom’s home in Livonia in eight days with multiple offers including one for more than $30,000 over ask to a cash buyer. Since we live out of state, Matt and Mike handled everything for us. They brought in a handyman to do some bang-for-the-buck updates, got some accent paintwork done, brought in cleaning crews, landscape crews, trash haulers…all very reasonable expenses that made big visual impacts and helped drive demand. Then they marketed the crap out of it, leveraging Matt’s prowess with social media, held multiple Open Houses, and they created a buying frenzy using a strategy called “delayed negotiations”. They didn’t just drop it in the MLS and wait for a commission check. They worked really hard to not just get the house sold in the span of a week, but also to get us an extraordinary result.
