This review is long overdue- Matt made what is normally a horrible process and made it downright pleasant. He is very knowledgeable about lakefront properties around Conesus but definitely went above and beyond navigating the whole process. We had some oddities with our seller but he was excellent in communicating with us every step of the way. He even helped set up our utilities when neither of us could meet the guy at the house. I feel very fortunate we used Matt and don’t have any hesitation to provide him the highest recommendation.
