I sing praises to Matthew. Buying a house is stressful even more so when your moving from another state. We got lucky and found Matthew. Wow no words can express how amazing he is. He is very knowledgeable about the area . He knows about houses. He listens to you gets to know you and goes above and beyond!! Matthew set us up and took us too see 11 houses. Matthew really listens to what you want and really works hard to show you houses that have the qualities you are looking for. We went back and forth on two and he was patient and gave us time to go back and look at the houses again. Matthew helped us find our dream house and he made it fun and stress free. Matthew is professional, knowledgeable,easy to talk to and really works hard so you can find your house.Marthew set up viewing of houses very quickly and had the information about the houses we were looking at,it was amazing. Matthew gave us names of lenders, contractors and everything we needed.
