What can I say about Matthew that others haven't already? Honestly, not much. He's all that you can read in the other reviews and more. I'm an exacting person with OCD tendencies and I wrote a 2 page document outlining my expectations of him. He took that in stride, gave me some feedback for how he works as well, and it was smooth sailing all the way through. If you're in the market, there's no one else I would trust with my home.
