For a first time homeowner, the process of searching for and purchasing a home can be overwhelming. Working with Matt, however, helped tremendously! I found Matt to be extremely knowledgeable and caring. Being that I did not have any experience or knowledge about the housing market or building a home. He made sure to discuss each detail and question and guide me through the process. He listened to what I described that I was looking for and helped me pick out the perfect house. Matt was attentive to details and concerns throughout the experience. He proactively identified potential issues and took the necessary steps to resolve them quickly. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to use Matt Jones!
