Matt is really knowledgeable about the local area and knows which neighborhoods align with the needs and personality of the buyer. He was also always available during off hours so that I never had to take of work, which is important at a new job. He also has great connections with others in the process which eases the confusion and feelings of being overwhelmed that the home buying process can cause. It was also helpful that he knows some of the pitfalls of the local area (like houses with cracks in the foundation or sloping floors). Overall it was a good experience and that was based solely on Matt's help.
