Our escrow was difficult due to disclosure delays, missing contractual items, removed fixtures and damages, and at all steps of the process Matt was able to point out the problems and hop right on fixing them. He held back the close of escrow to ensure all appliances and unexpected damages were fixed as per the contract before proceeding. Overall, very responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to push through a difficult escrow process.

Although the pandemic hugely affected the real estate market, Matt was able to sell our property quickly and smoothly. Then, we went and looked at several homes over the course of a couple months. He was able to guide us through the home buying process and give us an accurate idea of what each home was worth prior to submitting offers. Competition was fierce and homes were going into escrow almost as quickly as they went on the market. Matt was able to quickly get us in a home that fell out of escrow and submitted an offer right away. He negotiated a great deal and got us into an amazing home! Matt made the escrow process very smooth, and kept us informed and answered all of our questions. He was always available whenever we needed him. Matt is truly a great person with high morality and professionalism.

He was accessible 24/7 and was always ready and available to answer any of my question any time. He is very knowledgeable and he explained every step I took before and after I took it. Above all Matt is true professional and ensured we followed industry standards during showings and viewings. He explained the escrow process and it was stress free.
