Matt had his hands full in dealing with our sale and purchase situation, and handled it like a champ. First, he was always available to check out properties when requested, and was quick to get back to us if he missed a call. While looking at places he was focused on assisting us, and not distracted with other things. Once we found the perfect spot, he was open and honest about the market conditions, and what we would need to do, in order to provide a winning offer - which we did. Then the appraisal process was a nightmare, but he was able to navigate it like a professional, and got us to our end goal. Finally, we had to arrange the sale of our existing mortgage, before we could close on the new purchase, and he was able to arrange having that done on the same day, barely an hour apart. Throughout the entirety of the process, Matt provided sound advice, great communication, and was professional as one could ask for. I would go to Matt again, if looking to buy in the future.

His understanding of the area and the market were great. We had offers rolling in quickly and Matt was able to handle all of the necessary legwork for a smooth sale. Matt was always super quick to get back to me and had no problem showing me as many houses as I wanted, which was a ton! We had 3-4 days of at least 6 houses per day even after I was pretty sure I wanted the very first one. The process was super simple, with it being my first home purchase I wasn’t sure of all the details but he made it very easy and took less than a month from offer accepted to signing and getting the keys. If you’re even considering, just give him a call! I was going to wait a few months and I’m glad I didn’t :)
