He listened to our unique desires and worked hard to find that diamond in the rough. What I especially appreciate about him is that he was generous with his time and he never, not once, made us feel that we were a nuisance. If he was thinking it (because we truly were extremely high maintenance), he never showed it once. I am the type of person who loves the search. I find it very enjoyable to do a house-hunting trip seeing 6 houses at a time. And Matt delivered. We must have seen a hundred homes with him, and that really helped us understand what was available and what we could get for our budget. When it came to making an offer, he gave us great advice that allowed us to win one with multiple offers. I remember messaging him into the wee hours of the night, and he would reply back within minutes. I could feel that he was truly invested in us, that he wanted what was best for us, and that he would do everything he could to get us the very best. Thank you, Matt!
