As a first time homebuyer, my partner and I were really able to trust Matt with the entire process from the second we met to tour the first home together to the closing appointment. My home sold very quickly . It was due to the attention placed on advertising with not only traditional means but with the addition of social media. Matt was very quick to respond to my questions and any concerns I might have. Very pleased with the process and the price that was achieved. Purchasing a home 2 hours away was an almost seamless process. We negotiated the purchase 11,000 below listed price! I love my home and it’s location so it’s obvious Matt was listening to me.
Wednesday, August 12, 2020 1:07 PM Matt was an amazing realtor from start to finish. Not only did we have our childhood home that my mother was selling, but also looking for a quick close on another to buy. A lot of emotion was invested into the sale of my mother's home and the seamless and quick way Matt took care of it all was perfect. His attention to detail was on point and we felt our needs were taken care of the entire way. Not to mention, the amazing video he made of the home - I think is a big factor in which got us to selling within days! On the flip side, he was also able to secure my mother a new home, in a new city under listing price.
