Matt has been a huge help during our home searching process. Matt’s interpersonal skills and knowledge of red flags to look for greatly reduced our anxiety throughout. 10/10. I would leave 6 stars if I could. Matt is everything you want in a realtor- friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I often had to remind myself when I was communicating with Matt during the home searching process that he was our realtor that we had just met, not a friend we had known for 6 years. Although now, we are happy to call him our friend. He helped us find a great home and eased any and all worries that I (or my dad) had. If you are looking for an amazing realtor, congratulations- you found one.

Matt is an experienced and knowledgeable agent, and I am beyond thrilled that he was at our side during our home shopping journey! As a first-time homebuyer, I had a million questions about the homes we looked at and the general process after our offer was accepted, and Matt always promptly replied with clear answers. Buying a house is a big decision that can be daunting at times, but having Matt as our agent made a world of difference. We ended up buying a beautiful home in excellent condition that appraised well over asking price!

If you're house shopping during the pandemic, then you already know how crazy the baseline experience is. Matt couldn't have been a better choice to navigate through the storm that was buying a house in 2021. Despite our huge 100 mile shopping range, and dwellings ranging from dilapidated old acreages, to downtown adjacent fixer uppers, Matt was there with his wealth of knowledge in all things real estate, and wasn't afraid to really check things out with us, flashlight in hand. There wasn't a moment we felt like he wouldn't know the answer to our 1,000 questions. When the dust settled we ended up sitting on $15,000 in instant equity due to the house appraising for more than we paid, not to mention the sweet grants he got us hooked up with! A++ Can't go wrong with this guy!

Matt helped our family buy our first home in Minneapolis. The entire experience working with Matt- from the initial meeting, looking at houses, putting in offers, and finalizing the sale- was extremely positive. Matt is open and honest, which was super helpful as he was explaining how the home buying process works and the realities of the market. He was always available for phone calls and emails. His schedule allowed him to show us multiple listings in a day and he helped us easily coordinate them. We put in 2 offers, both of which resulted in Matt working quickly and talking us through the process. It felt so easy that I kept wondering why everyone says home buying is stressful!
