By this being my first time going through this process, Mash made sure that I understood the foundations of homes before we would take a tour. For example, he would always call out different features of the house, so that I can understand what might need to be fixed in the short term, along with pointing out the surrounding areas of the home to get a feel for what my neighbors may be like. Additionally, Mash was great at communicating and would immediately respond to my text or calls when it was time to tour a home. Even when I closed on my home, Mash made sure our relationship didn’t just end there. He was also a great resource to find repair men and different appliance stores for the maintenance of my property. All in all, Mashume Akpo-Esambe is an amazing investor realtor and cares deeply about his clients and ensuring they are comfortable in their new space.

Mash knew what to expect from the market. He told us exactly we could get for out home and we did get what we were expecting. He also kept us informed on where we were in the process once we received an offer. He was VERY helpful and knowledgeable, this was our first time selling and we felt so lost.
