Honest review, 5 stars across the board. Marylou is knowledgeable and clearly does her research diligently, she's very patient when answering questions and clarifying confusion, and she's generally very responsive. You can tell she's constantly advocating for her client's best interest, something I really appreciated. She also takes initiative in helping you get set up with the various inspections or service calls needed, she's just helpful all-around. I think you'll be in very good hands working with Marylou.

We were so happy and thankful to have gotten to work with Marylou in purchasing our new home. As first-time buyers things can get overwhelming fast but Marylou was there to explain every step of the process and to answer all of our questions no matter how big or small. She constantly updated us with new listings and listened to our wants/needs for a home. We definitely couldn't have done this without her!

My wife and I recently purchased our first home together. As first time buyers, we had very minimal knowledge and no outside connections to rely on for guidance. She was very understanding and would also spend countless hours educating us to ensure we felt comfortable along the way. Marylou engaged with us, she asked questions, and got to know us in order to help locate a home that was everything we wanted within our budget. It wasn't long before we zeroed in on the place we wanted to call home. Despite multiple offers already on the table, Marylou jumped into action and secured the home for our family. Today, my wife and I are absolutely thrilled to be home owners. Our first experience was amazing and we're so incredibly thankful to Marylou and her team. We highly recommend Marylou and we would not hesitate to work with her again.
