I selected Mary Jane out of 4 other agents. She was my choice because she knows the market, she showed up professional, confident, calm, patient, listened and never forgot anything that I wanted in the sale of my home. She showed up early for every buyer and their agent to be available. If you have pets, she will treat them like her own. Mary Jane went way out of her way to accommodate me, buyers and their agents. When one buyer fell out she already had a plan when she shared the news, she was calm and moved forward. Mary Jane was prepared with notes of every offer and reassured me that my house would sell by a certain date and provided me with the schedule and process, she was exactly correct because she knows how to sell a house and understands the market. I was a first time seller and Mary Jane made this experience for me a joyful one not a stressful experience. Mary Jane selected and scheduled my photography who was an excellent choice, the pictures were amazing, I asked for a drone and she provided that service without any hesitation. Mary Jane took care of everything every step of the way, she is amazing and someone who I still enjoy chatting with on the phone miles away, she took the time to get to know me, she was not just my realtor she is my friend.

This was our third time using Mary Jane as our realtor; this instance was selling our home. Mary Jane was consultative, communicative and honest through every stage of the process. From the initial stages where she gave us a list of home to do's to get the house ready for the market and staging, to getting all contingencies removed and signing the final contract. She was also extremely sensitive to our crazy tight timeline and did everything she could to keep our deal on track and moving forward. She is so knowledgeable and we were so fortunate to have her as our realtor coming to bat for us with every interaction. I would continue to use her again and again.

MaryJane gave us great guidance on preparing our house for sale--what things I should fix first and what to leave as-is, and she had suggestions for easy and inexpensive ways to fix a couple of things to make sure the house was all up to code. We listed the house on Labor Day and within minutes of hitting the Internet we had a request to see the house, and we got our first offer over asking price later that evening. Granted the market was really hot, but at one point there were agents lined up on the sidewalk in front with buyers waiting their turn to look at the house. We got so many compliments from buyers about how beautiful our modest home was, and so much better maintained than the other houses people had looked at, and MaryJane deserves credit for advising us what I should focus on fixing to best show the house. After seven days we accepted the best of nine offers, but then the buyer's agent tried to do some weird things, and again MaryJane had great advice to deal with that.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and accuracy of Mary Jane Harris. She made us feel so confident that we were in good hands. We truly did not worry about anything since she contacted us almost daily with updates and information. She was skilled at working with the other agents and her explanations of our offer on the house were thorough and accurate. We never felt worried or concerned since her support and care for our family made us feel like we were her #1 priority! I can't say enough about Mary Jane Harris' s expertise or dedication. Having worked in the world of real estate I can honestly say that we were very lucky to have had her represent us throughout the whole process.
