In the beginning, I found it very daunting when searching for homes in and around Myrtle Beach, SC (which was 600 miles away). It's difficult to know exactly where one would like to live if you're not knowledgeable of the areas around there. To gain some information I looked through several realestate sites, and in return received emails to contact them if further help was desired. She found a home that not only stayed within our budget, but also checked off all of our boxes for what we wanted in a home. The were some glitches in the process which caused a great deal of angst for us. Due to pandemic, it was rough year to be selling a condo but Marydale kept making suggestions to get the unit sold and it finally did. Marydale was a good friend during this time.
