We have used Mary to buy and sell several properties. She has always done a fantastic job. Mary knows the market and is great at navigating you through the process of buying and selling. She is always available even for small questions. We love her common sense approach.
Great experience. Sold quickly multiple offers. And sold for above asking price good experience.
Went very smooth and did a great job of follow up. Thank you again.
Mary Rufledt has been my agent for years and has helped me buy and sell homes. She has also helped my parents and friends with their real estate needs. Mary works very hard to put deals together and do what is right for her clients. She also gives back to the community and that is important to me as well. Thank you Mary for all you do!
We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our living out of state in selling my mother-in-laws home, Mary and the staff at Elite Realtors helped us to complete all the things a person normally would be doing in the sale of a house. We couldn't have asked for a better company to help us get the items needing to be completed done. They were always helpful, polite and professional.
My mom and dad are so pleased with the Smooth transition for a long distance move and that’s thanks to you and your team and Thank you for the beautiful key!! Sherry B
Our experience with Mary and her team was outstanding. She is knowledgeable and professional and explained the process to us step by step - I never felt unsure of what was happening. She always had our best interests in mind and the outcome of the sale was proof she and her team are the best in the area!
Everything was splendid - Mary couldn't have done a better job with the transaction.
Mary y su equipo muy profesional! Me ayudaron con la compra de mi casa 🏠todo fue muy rápido, la verdad no me imaginĂ© que serĂa tan rápido. 100% les recomiendo a Mary para su bĂşsqueda de casa! Thanks Mary!
Mary met and exceeded our expectations of finding us a New Place. After several meetings, Mary collected all the information about the criteria for a new place. Shortly after, Mary offered us a home that we liked. Mary exhibits Professionalism, Kindness, and a Spirit of Joy explaining all the legal details of becoming a resident in the State of Wisconsin. Mary used to welcome us into her beautiful office late to clarify any language ambiguity in the contract. I would like to commend the transparency and honesty of the way, Mary is handling business. The other side, of knowing Mary as a person was presented to my wife and me by Mary, sending a warming gift to our new home. It was a very pleasant gesture. We highly recommend Mary for all your Real Estate needs from A to Z.
Mary was very great to work with on the sale of my parents home. Her communications were prompt and clear. She provided a list of individuals, should you need any special services getting your house ready to sell. We used several of her references for things we needed accomplished, especially since we live in MN and couldn’t physically be there much. Her home stager did an excellent job! Mary was very professional the entire way through the sale. I would definitely recommend her service.
Mary always puts in the work, she will go to the ends of the earth to make things right. I appreciate her very much.
