Mary was an absolute warrior in this entire process with helping my family and I secure this home. She went above and beyond quite literally. Mary worked past normal business hours and every single day to help my family and I close this home. Thank you so very much Mary for everything. I would like to recommend others to work with you.
I'm happy to say that all though I had my doubts things were going to end with a sale, Mary kept me thinking possitive all the time. Her staff kept me informed on viewings and open houses. This is the 4th time that I've worked with Mary in 13 years. I certainly would recommend her agency anytime.
Mary has a vast amount of experience, very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. Communication and professionalism was exceptional, everyone that I had the pleasure of working with were kind and patient, especially Amber.
Mary’s approach with attention to detail and professional photos gave us the edge along with her pricing strategy. She is very experienced which ensured a smooth closing.
What can I say: Mary and her staff found me a full price buyer within a half day of the land being listed for sale. Not having any experience in real estate issues, Mary and her team kept me fully informed throughout and provided all necessary documents with explanation in a timely manner. Couldn't have been an easier process: Kudos to Mary and her crew!
Very minimum communication errors and they helped us find an amazing home! They worked fast and efficiently and we closed within a month!
I got connected with Mary from Elite Realty initially through Zillow. She was the second one that started working with me since I had previously worked with a different realtor for a certain property I was interested in. The price for that initial property on auction turned out to be much higher than I expected and the first realtor was difficult to work with. Mary was respectful of my previous connection but worked hard to gain my trust and business. I started looking at quite a few properties through her group before I finally was able to get an accepted offer. Mary follows up quickly. Her staff are well versed and quick to respond as well. They were all great to work with to get me over the finish line. I highly recommend Elite Realty Group. From myself to you and your staff Mary, thank you.
Dear Elite Realty Team, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to work with you on this recent transaction. It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with a professional team, and I truly appreciate your dedication and expertise throughout the process. The teamwork involved in this deal was key to its success, and I’m confident that the outcome will be beneficial for everyone involved. I look forward to the possibility of working together on future opportunities. Thanks again for your partnership!
Mary is a delight to work with. Her years in the business shows in every detail of her work. She is a "go-getter", yet is most sensible, sensitive, professional and balanced. We liked her agressive approach to managing the listing, responding nimbly to feedback, while keeping our costs and interests in mind. Thank you, Mary!
Working with Mary and her team was great. We really appreciated her, and her assistance with everything. She did everything she could to help us out completely. She would always reply super fast to our emails/texts, and would help us with all the tuns of questions we had.. since we’re a first time home buyers! She explained everything in detail to us when stuff didn’t make sense. So we really really appreciated her, and her team. Couldn’t have done it without her !! Thank you very much again !! :))
