My husband and I had gotten Elite Realty Group because we had asked for a showing for a property on Zillow. Mary’s staff met with us and we talked about where we were at in the process. We were just beginning to look and considering the sale of our home. After everything, I think we worked with Mary for 3-4 months from our first showing to closing. She guided us every step, answered every question, and pushed us when we thought we were at our max, but without her this experience wouldn’t have been nearly as successful. Amber, Dillon and Sophie were so very available and pleasant about whatever we needed….from arranging for special appointments to coincide with our out of town situation, to coming to the rehab facility when we couldn’t come to the office, and for holding our hands when we needed assistance to locate services we were not familiar with in the area. We never met Mary she usually sent others who work for her. Which is fine we were always just waiting to actually meet her- never did though. Everything was done really quickly and efficiently. We got a keychain on closing day and a letter asking us to leave a review. So I wish that was a little more special and personal. Other than that she got the job done and did a good job communicating for us.
