Mary has an excellent knowledge of the real estate market. She went above and beyond in helping us sell our home even helping to water plants and blow leaves before showings. Mary was always available to take our calls and respond to random text questions. She is knowledgable of the real estate market and offered insights and suggestions to bring our house to contract and close. When we needed to make some repairs, Mary had great contacts who were willing and able to get the work done quickly within a reasonable price. We highly recommend Mary as an agent.

Mary knows her stuff. We followed her suggestions for getting our house market-ready (quickly because we weren’t planning to move but found a place we didn’t want to lose!) and we got an offer we couldn’t refuse. She picked up when we had an unscheduled request to show and was always available to answer questions and calm this nervous seller. Even the buyer’s realtor commented how easy it was to work with Mary. Easiest, smoothest of the four selling experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend Mary for all real estate services. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Honest, determined, and a pleasure to work with.

We highly recommend Mary! She took control when the builder was very pushy, trying to force us to use their lender and do things on a timeline that was not possible. She listened every time we had questions, and I had many, often dropping things to come over or call. Mary cares about her clients, is straight-forward, and makes sure things are done right. She even dog-sits! We’ve bought 5 homes and Mary is the best. This is our retirement home and we hope to stay. Should we move, Mary will be our realtor.

Mary was invaluable in helping my wife and I sell our rental house, and her expertise and communication was all the more valuable as we live in another state.
