I bought my first home with Mary. I was looking for a cheap fixer upper house that I could live in and work on, so it needed to have good bones. Mary was very quick to respond to me when I reached out to her, and kept me up to date on what was happening with houses during our search. She was super open and very obviously was trying to find me the right house. Mary has experience fixing up her own house, so she knew some of the pitfalls to look for when helping me out. Since I didn't, that info was invaluable! Every time I had a question she responded immediately and took the time to explain all the different details with me. I strongly recommend Mary, and look forward to working with her when we sell our house in the future.

Mary goes above and beyond. She is always available and responds very quickly if the there are any problems or questions. I enjoyed working with her with the selling of my condo. She is very knowledgeable and I look forward to working with her again when I return to MN to buy a new home.

I am so thankful that I was able to work with Mary to sell my house. It was my first home and so I knew next to nothing about what needed to be done. Mary helped guide me thorough what projects to take on to show the house at its best and to maximize its potential. She was endlessly patient with my questions and when I got confused she talked me through it until I understood. She listened to me and understood my priorities and things that were important to me and helped me find the best solutions. And it worked! My house sold quickly and everything went great. I'm taking a break from ownership and renting for a bit but I'm really looking forward to working with Mary in a few years when i'm ready to buy a loft or condo.
