She cared about what I needed and wanted, she understood my friends who came on house tours were not the client for this house, she had expectations that the house be sound, she knew the neighborhoods and the experts to call when we got to negotiations, she set a pace that was not frantic or rushed, she is full of fun facts about how things work and how they are built, she was supportive of all items I needed to negotiate, she was clear on the process. She was there when I needed her, and willing to help in soooo many ways that are above and beyond. She was open to suggesting new things when the tours weren’t working, and she was supportive when I got tired from the labor of house hunting but still hadn’t found a keeper. Mary helped me sell my home and find a new one this summer. My house needed some work to get it ready for sale and Mary was right in there helping with it all. I've never known a realtor to get her hands dirty and her involvement helped keep the process on track. Mary is great at her job. Very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. She can see things beyond our eyes such as the cost of tree removal, recommending crime scene map, new appliances and roofing etc. Always reminding us that there will be another house to fall in love with if our offer does not get accepted. Yet, she does everything to guide and help her clients to get their offers accepted. When we ran into problems with our lender she continued to work on our behalf to find a new lender who was on the same caliber with her. Mary is such a great advisor for any first time home buyer. The way she explains formal "realtor language" and the process of buying is beyond what we could ever understand and imagine.
