Mary is a consummate professional. Her knowledge and ability to communicate had us feeling more relaxed and confident than I'd thought possible. She put together a marketing plan that was very effective. And, the team of professionals she brought in to do the work our house needed did great work at very affordable prices. From plumbing and painting to staging and photography, she knows the people who will get your house ready to sell. This all resulted in our house selling above list after a very short time on the market. Mary does all that she does with grace and joy. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Can't say enough good things about Mary. Professional, Smart, really knows the real-estate business. If you are looking for a great realtor do yourself a favor and call Mary!

Mary is an absolute gem of a realtor! As first-time homebuyers, the process can be extremely overwhelming. However, Mary's calming presence, experience, and knowledge left us confident throughout our house-hunting journey. Her holistic approach to learning our wants and needs for our first home left us feeling deeply cared for. Mary was so committed to helping us find a house we'd thrive and grow into. Mary was our realtor, therapist, handywoman, teacher—and through it all—has become a friend.

Patient, kind, knowledgeable, savvy. Mary was excellent to work with! My only regret is that moving cross country means I can’t use her for the next home purchase!

We met Mary shortly after Christmas when our daughter-in-law highly recommended her. Mary always responded at least the same day, often within a short time of any communication we sent. Even more better, Mary spent an exceptional amount of time getting to know us andwhat we were looking for in a house. We hade several virtual house hunting sessions to get a firm idea of what we liked before we set out to view any properties, which was very helpful and a fun way to spend some time getting to know one another. Mary always had great advice and insight and was never ever ever pushy or dismissive. That was a big deal for us especially since we were looking for something out of the ordinary. However, she will offer sage suggestions that may inform decisions. When it came to making an offer and all that entailed, Mary was ready with examples of the paperwork and detailed explanations of what it all means and how to complete it. And resources! Mary has reliable and reputable connects for everything from banking to plumbers, inspectors, roofers-you name it- that often come with her personal and professional experience with them. No shady sheisters! We had some questions about the roof of the house we bought and Mary called her roofer resource who came and took a look free of charge and free of solicitation. Personally, Mary is fantastic to work with-she is respectful, kind, is a fantastic listener, and just a wonderful, genuine person who will take you on your house hunting journey with superior navigation and expertise!

Mary is the best realtor I have worked with hands down. She always had our best interests in mind, and was always available for whatever we needed. She has a great knowledge of the Twin Cities neighborhoods and showed us exactly what we were looking for. She gets to know what you want and is quick to get you info on whatever that is. She also has contacts to service providers that really come in handy. She hooked us up with a mortgage person that was able to get us in a special program that gave us money for down payment and closing costs. She is truly a hard worker, and you can be sure she will be working her hardest for you if you choose her as your realtor. I would refer anyone and everyone I know to her if they are looking for a house

I just worked with Mary for the 3rd time, and as usual, she outdid herself! Mary is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and hard-working. She worked tirelessly to make sure that the property was appropriate for me, in great working shape, and a value. She knows a little bit about EVERYTHING and a ton about most things. She connected me with a fabulous group of people to help prepare the house for my living needs. Her suggestions for improvements added value immediately to my new home! I trust Mary implicitly and I recommend her with the highest degree of confidence. She has the highest integrity, and working with her will no doubt be one of the best choices you make for your future!

Mary is a highly knowledgeable, personable, and professional realtor. She gave us so much information about the maintenance and repair of charming old homes as we toured them, and seems to be intimately familiar with every neighborhood in Minneapolis. She really guided us to finding our dream home, in our dream location, at a time when the housing market was a volatile and scary place. She is a great advocate and was a pleasure to work with.

Mary is incredible to work with, especially for first time homebuyers like myself. She is so great at explaining the process and connecting you with all the right people. I completely trusted her at every step and now and happily living in my first home.

Mary was a joy to work with. She worked quickly and efficiently and had so much knowledge about every step of the process. Her experience made us feel expertly taken care of. We got our dream home and she made it so easy.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and had a wonderful time working with Mary. Mary provided a calming voice in a wild market: encouraging us all through the searching process and helping keep track of all the steps involved after our offer was accepted.

Mary was invaluable to me getting the best price I could for my house. No one is more committed to their client and no one is more helpful in making sure everything is ready to go. I cannot recommend her more highly! She is the best.
