I worked with Mary to purchase my home in Margaritaville. It was by chance that we found Mary when she was working an open house. She was most helpful and patient with us as we made our final decision on which home to purchase. We changed our mind, a lot, and she would write up multiple agreements and never once complained that we were making so many changes. When we ran into issues with our financing company, she was there to support us and even offer a suggestion for a new company to use. Even though our process with financing was not smooth, Mary stood by us till the end. Mary did a great job for us with the sale of our home. She took care of all the small details to make things as easy as possible for us. The process was a bit unusual and challenging due to market conditions, but she was flexible and understanding throughout. She was very knowledgeable on market conditions and the sales process in general. She communicated with us and the buyer's agent extremely well. She is a true professional!

My husband and I spent about a year looking for a house, while he lived in the area and I still live(d) in IL. Mary was so diligent in looking. Whenever she found one we liked, it was under contract almost immediately. Mary never gave up on us and because of her, we looked at the house we have now purchased.
