Passionate about "everything real estate," MaryAnn's professional and personal journey has paved her path to Southwest Florida.
Originally from Maplewood, NJ MaryAnn and her husband, John, a talented soccer player from Dublin, Ireland met during their studies at Fairleigh Dickenson University where she earned a B.S. in Business and Hotel Restaurant Management. In her early career, MaryAnn worked at the Boston Museum of Science where she managed large scale corporate events and continued as an event planner until opportunity knocked where she switched gears to manage financial and technology driven teams at Chubb Insurance Company in Warren, New Jersey. Her customer focus and attention to detail allowed her to successfully merge the two career paths.
MaryAnn's husband's career necessitated moves with the family to Westfield, NJ, Minneapolis, MN, Dublin, OH, and Avon, CT, yet every year without fail, the family would vacation on the beautiful, family friendly west coast of Florida. As a stay-at-home mom, MaryAnn cultivated a real estate home staging and organization business while keeping a close eye on her life-long passion, the real estate market.
Sarasota beaconed the family south to Sarasota in 2020, where MaryAnn decided to apply her vast experiences that demanded exceptional customer service and the ability to apply creative solutions to challenging negotiations. Her eye for the beauty in every property has allowed her to offer expertise in home staging helping her clients maximize sale price and profitability. MaryAnn is committed to working tirelessly representing her clients with integrity, honesty, urgency and a relentless attention to detail.
With children Jack, Grace and Thomas now all working through college, MaryAnn is active in their Sarasota community serving on multiple Home Owner Association boards. When not working, you can find MaryAnn and John enjoying the abundance of community-based events, theater, boating, golf and of course enjoying the #1 beach in America, Siesta Key.
