Marvin was great to work with. He was enthusiastic and hard working. Marvin worked hard to drive buyers to my home using a variety of tools. He kept me apprised of everything he was doing and the feed back from buyers. He hosted several open houses bringing in additional potential buyers. Once he had a buyer he worked hard to find me a house to move into. He coordinated both sales so they closed together within a very short time span. Marvin was enthusiastic and fun to work with and very professional. I would not hesitate to use him again and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. He made sure everyone was happy and got a good deal.
