Working with Marty was fantastic. Marty has a strong knowledge of the area market including water front properties. She also understands more complicated items that you only can handle with experience such as insurance, elevation issues, structural concerns, zoning, buyer trends and many other items. Marty exceeded our expectations and I'm not certain another agent would have put forth the effort to successfully list and sell our property.
