Marty was quite simply the best. A perfect blend of friendly and professional. I was a first time home buyer, but never stressed once because I had Marty to rely on. I had a very particular list of things I wanted in my first house and was prepared to make concessions, but Marty found a house that had everything I wanted - - single story, corner lot, small neighborhood, fenced in yard with a pool, that was in stellar condition.
