Couldn't ask for a better agent. I wish I had 10 more houses he could help sell!

Marty sold us our property 21 years ago and he was excellent then, so who else would we go to to sell our property. Given that we live in the UK we felt at ease leaving everything in Marty's hands. Throughout the process, which has taken less than three weeks, Marty has communicated with us regularly which made us feel included though 3000 miles away. Unaware of the US ways of selling a property Marty has explained and guided us through the whole process. We commend Marty for his courtesy, professionalism and kindness, he is to be trusted implicitly. Someone once said that selling a house is one of the most stressful things a person experiences. I called Marty to list my home after not having the best experience with another agent. We spoke on a Friday night, while he was at a family function, and he had my home listed and in contract by the next Friday. Closed above asking and I made it through the post-inspection with my margin intact. His expertise and client care (for me & the buyer) made all the difference. 10/10 recommend.

Marty has all the skills needed for smooth buying & selling of houses His punctuality, communication & knowledge of all assets of selling our house were second to none I would highly recommend him to all sellers a pleasure to work with.
