Couldn't ask for a better agent. I wish I had 10 more houses he could help sell!

Marty is very knowledgeable. However, the return on investment in solar is new territory. I did push the asking price to recognize our investments in solar. We were fortunate to get a cash offer that did cover the entire investment.
