Marty makes himself available anytime you're interested in seeing a home. He's punctual, knowledgeable, and always in good spirits, very easy to talk to. Once you tell him your likes and dislikes he'll never forget, and will let you know before you visit said home saving you time and energy.

Marty was our saving grace not only when we were in the market to purchase a home but to find us a 6-month rental before moving across the country. Since we weren't able to physically visit rentals, Marty visited the properties himself and sent us video tours of the properties. We settled on a rental home that fit our needs and then began a daunting task of finding a home in a market that, with every passing day, was increasingly on the side of the seller. Inventory was low, but Marty always suggested seeing homes, even if they weren't the perfect fit. We adopted the saying, "we'll never know if we don't check it out". This proved to be a valuable approach since we got to know the properties and homes of our niche market. Marty never waned in his patience to keep showing us houses and remained positive with each and every showing, all while home prices continued climbing. We had hit a roadblock one afternoon after having to pass on an exciting home that required too many renovations for us to undertake. We were approaching the end of our ability to remain in the market so it was that very day we spotted a nearby home for sale just down the street. It was a little smaller than what we initially had in mind, but..."we'll never know if we don't check it out"! Marty pulled some strings and contacted the seller's realtor, who scheduled us in for a showing right away. After taking time out of his Saturday to see the 1st house that day, Marty showed encouragement and commitment to want to go see the 2nd house nearby. After seeing the house, we knew we wanted to put in an offer and that it would be competitive. Marty. fought. for. us. and did everything in his power to make our offer the one that couldn't be refused. Here I am today in the dining room of that home and can't imagine having another captain at the helm to steer our ship and would recommend Marty as our realtor and friend to anyone going through that important phase of life. My selling experience was unique to say the least but Marty hung in there. I live 600 miles away and at the time of sale, my home was in need of several repairs.
