Marty was our saving grace not only when we were in the market to purchase a home but to find us a 6-month rental before moving across the country. We were approaching the end of our ability to remain in the market so it was that very day we spotted a nearby home for sale just down the street. It was a little smaller than what we initially had in mind, but..."we'll never know if we don't check it out"! Marty pulled some strings and contacted the seller's realtor, who scheduled us in for a showing right away. After taking time out of his Saturday to see the 1st house that day, Marty showed encouragement and commitment to want to go see the 2nd house nearby. After seeing the house, we knew we wanted to put in an offer and that it would be competitive. Marty. fought. for. us. and did everything in his power to make our offer the one that couldn't be refused. Here I am today in the dining room of that home and can't imagine having another captain at the helm to steer our ship and would recommend Marty as our realtor and friend to anyone going through that important phase of life.
