While Martha initially doubted we'd get our asking price (we did not), she agreed to list it per our request. We agreed we would give it a few weeks at the higher price, and if there was no interest, we would revisit the plan. Martha was SO supportive and kept us apprised of the process all the way through to closing. Incidentally, we got $14,000 more than the highest estimate from the other 2 realtors! And we sold in 5 days! Thank you, Martha! She is so upbeat! You feel great after talking with her, no matter the issue!
