Listed it at Noon and sold by 8 PM that same day for cash! She did everything to make it happen that fast...staged right, advertised right and sold right! Martha knows her stuff! Martha doesn't mess around and gets after it until it is done. A smart lady who knows her market and doesn't play any games. She should run an add like the car dealers do "If Martha didn't sell your house - You sold too cheap!"
