As a REALTOR® and Associate Broker with Atlanta Communities, I have delivered excellent service to all my valued clients since 2005. I give my all to serve the areas of Vinings, Buckhead, Smyrna & Brookhaven. I live in the Smyrna/Vinings area and I appreciate every opportunity I have been given to benefit my community. Prior to real estate, I served as a Purser/flight attendant with Delta Air Lines, where I retired in 2020 after 30 years. Life experiences like this one allows me to thrive when connecting with clients and enables me to be flexible and proactive when tending to their needs. As an associate broker of Atlanta Communities, I was honored to be listed in Atlanta’s Who’s Who of residential real estate from 2018 to 2020. I have also been listed as a top 5% of individual sales for many years. My compassion, accessibility and experience have allowed me to be recognized as a go-to local real estate expert. This is our second home we have purchased in Atlanta using Martha O’Sullivan as our realtor. The time and effort, professionalism, communication, her commitment to our satisfaction is so above par. We were able to write a contract and close within three weeks. Unheard of really. Our house even appraised higher than we paid which is also unheard of especially now. It was a pleasure to work with Martha, she always makes herself available to help her clients with literally anything. We were not her direct clients (we leased a property she put on the market) but she always treated us like one of them, very warm, welcoming, passionate of what she does. Cannot recommend her enough!
