Martha is wonderful! She helped us quickly sell our house while we were preparing for an international move. Martha was hands down the best realtor we have ever used and made our house buying experience stress free. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We felt like she always had our best interests in mind and was super responsive and flexible with our schedule. In fact, we had realistically not planned on buying a house for several more months as we had a very short window being out of the country. I reached out to Martha because I saw great reviews for her Zillow, and she did not let me down! The home received offers within a week of listing, and got sold smoothly within a month, which was much faster than I expected. I also sold the place at my desired price, which is a huge plus! For the entire process, I was away in California and she managed every thing regarding to the place. Martha is very responsible, and did great job on the following things: 1. She managed the listing well, taking great pictures and virtual pictures, holding open houses and receiving the offers at desired prices quickly. 2. She responds really fast, like 24/7. Although I am in PST, I never need to wait for her response, either call/email/message. This is the best part, since I was nervous about selling the place, and quick responses really helped. 3. She tirelessly went to my place helping with cleaning, fixing and furniture sell. She went there five or six times per week or more, and helped me arrange all the pick ups and collected payments. Great help! I would recommend Martha for anyone who is looking for efficient, worry-less and smooth home sale.

We hired her, made the slight improvements, listed at the higher price - and she was 100% right. We sold our house for over asking in just two days. We were referred to Martha from a number of co-workers and are so glad that we reached out to her. She was an expert in our area (Smyrna/Vinings), and was available quickly and often for visits to homes we wanted to see. I will preface my review with saying that this was our first home, so we had very little prior knowledge on the process. Martha was able to take our worry away time and time again. When we decided we were interested in a home that was a new construction, Martha happened to know the builders and was able to help us in negotiating a few add-ins and a lower price. We ended up being able to purchase a home we thought we'd never be able to afford with a lot of work on everyone's part, but Martha was the one dealing with the sellers and she was the one who drove it home. Martha is kind, sweet, and definitely made us feel like she was invested in our happiness. I would recommend her without any hesitation.
