Martha’s years of marketing, legal and customer communications at the corporate level provided her with invaluable experience as she worked to represent the company and brand in the most honest, reputable, and cost-effective ways, preparing her well for the client-focused career in real estate that would come next.
A native of Lima, Peru, fluent in English and Spanish, Martha has lived in the U.S. for more than 30 years and earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a marketing focus from California State University, Long Beach. When she’s not working or spending time with her husband, Larry, and two beautiful children, Grace and Noah, Martha enjoys exercise, the beauty and serenity of the ocean, and of course, watching HGTV or Dateline.
